Emmanuelle Hellier is a Planning and Urban Management Professor at Rennes University. Her main research topics deal with the water utilities governance, the territorial management of water resources linked with the suburbian dynamics and the regional policies in France and Europe. She is the coordinator of the collective book : « La France. La ressource en eau : usages, gestions et enjeux territoriaux » (2009), and co-author of several research reportings about the water quality issue as a social and political subject.
