Nicolas Duvoux

Nicolas Duvoux is an assistant professo r at the University Paris Descartes, and a member of the Centre de recherche sur les liens sociaux (Paris Descartes / CNRS). He teaches in the master’s program in sociology of the EHESS.

An editor at La vie des idées, he also sits on the editorial board of Sociologie, Lien social et Politiques et du Lectures/Liens-socio., and at the Comité national d’évaluation du RSA (2009-2011).

He has published L’autonomie des assistés. Sociologie des politiques d’insertion aux PUF (septembre 2009), co-authored La régulation des pauvres with Serge Paugam (PUF, « Quadrige », 2008) and edited with Isabelle Astier La société biographique : une injonction à vivre dignement (L’harmattan, “Logiques sociales”, 2006).
